About VIIVAA
VIIVAA is a health and wellness platform that provides users with tools for nutrition tracking, habit building, meal planning, symptom monitoring, AI-generated health reports, and community features. VIIVAA is operated by VIIVAA Inc. and is accessible via the VIIVAA mobile application and website at viivaa.app.
VIIVAA is available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and serves users across multiple countries including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
Eligibility
To use VIIVAA, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws in your jurisdiction
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. VIIVAA reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access VIIVAA features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and payment details where applicable.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately at support@viivaa.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
VIIVAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are found to contain false or misleading information.
Subscriptions & Billing
Access to VIIVAA premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing, billing terms, and the conditions outlined below. Full details are provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy available at viivaa.app/cancellation-policy.
Available Plans
- Annual Plan: $47/month billed monthly for a minimum 12-month commitment period. After 12 payments are completed, the subscription continues month-to-month at the same rate with no further commitment
- Quarterly Plan: $57/month billed every 3 months. No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime before the next billing date
- Monthly Plan: $67/month billed every 30 days. No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime before the next billing date
Annual Plan Commitment
By selecting the Annual Plan, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a 12-month minimum commitment. You will be charged $47 each month for 12 consecutive months regardless of usage. Cancellation requests submitted before the 12-month commitment is fulfilled do not waive your obligation to complete remaining payments.
At the time of checkout, you will be required to confirm this commitment by ticking an acknowledgment checkbox before your payment is processed. This confirmation is stored as part of your transaction record.
Automatic Renewal
All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize VIIVAA to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. A payment confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address after each successful charge.
Free Trial
New users are eligible for one 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will activate and your payment method will be charged. Free trials are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

- The information, reports, and content generated by VIIVAA โ including AI-generated reports โ are for informational and personal tracking purposes only
- VIIVAA content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider

Reports generated within VIIVAA, including GLP-1 symptom tracking reports, are designed to help you organize and present your personal health data to healthcare providers. These reports are not medical records and should not be used as a substitute for professional clinical assessment.
GLP-1 Tracking Features
VIIVAA includes specialized tracking features for users who are prescribed GLP-1 medications. These features are designed to help users monitor symptoms, side effects, weight changes, and other personal health data that may be useful to share with their prescribing physician.

User Content & Data
Your Data
You retain ownership of all personal health data, journal entries, meal logs, and other content you input into VIIVAA. By using VIIVAA, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data for the purpose of providing the service.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, personalize, and improve the VIIVAA platform
- To generate AI-powered reports and recommendations based on your inputs
- To send you service-related communications including receipts and account notifications
- To comply with legal obligations

Data Retention
Your account data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation or expiration, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@viivaa.app.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use VIIVAA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from VIIVAA
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the VIIVAA application
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use VIIVAA to promote or distribute unsolicited commercial communications
VIIVAA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these acceptable use terms, without prior notice and without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, logos, design elements, AI models, and technology within the VIIVAA platform are the exclusive intellectual property of VIIVAA Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any VIIVAA content without express written permission
- The VIIVAA name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any context without prior written authorization
- User-generated content shared publicly within VIIVAA features grants VIIVAA a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform
Third-Party Services
VIIVAA integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. VIIVAA is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIIVAA Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
VIIVAA's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VIIVAA in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, VIIVAA's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
VIIVAA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
VIIVAA does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIIVAA Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For users in the United States and Canada, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user resides. For Brazilian users, disputes shall be governed by Brazilian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@viivaa.app to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action. Most concerns can be addressed quickly and directly.
Changes to These Terms
VIIVAA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted at viivaa.app/terms with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of VIIVAA after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the platform.
Termination
VIIVAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise damaging to VIIVAA or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@viivaa.app to request account deletion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
