Thank you for choosing VIIVAA. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding subscription management, cancellations, and refunds. By subscribing to any VIIVAA plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
We believe in full transparency. Our goal is to make managing your subscription as simple and stress-free as possible.
Subscription Plans
VIIVAA currently offers the following subscription options:
Annual Plan — $47/month
- Billed monthly at $47/month for a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months
- Provides access to all VIIVAA features throughout the commitment period
- After the initial 12-month commitment is fulfilled, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis at the same rate with no further lock-in
- Cancel anytime after your first 12 payments with no penalty
- Best value plan — lowest monthly rate available
Quarterly Plan — $57/month
- Billed every 3 months at $171 per quarter
- Full access to all VIIVAA features
- No long-term commitment — cancel anytime before your next quarterly billing date
Monthly Plan — $67/month
- Billed every 30 days with no long-term commitment
- Full access to all VIIVAA features
- Maximum flexibility — cancel anytime before your next billing date
All plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. See Section 3 for full trial details.
Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial upon first registration. The following conditions apply:
- No charge is applied during the trial period
- A valid payment method is required to begin the trial
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
- Each user is entitled to one free trial per account
- Free trials are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before your 14-day trial period expires. Cancellation instructions are provided in Section 5 of this policy.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
All VIIVAA subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize VIIVAA to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
Upon each successful charge, you will receive a payment confirmation receipt via email. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.
Annual plan subscribers are entering a 12-month minimum commitment. You will be billed $47 each month for 12 consecutive months. After your 12th payment, your subscription automatically continues on a flexible month-to-month basis at the same rate and you may cancel at any time with no penalty.
For EU-based subscribers, you will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before any annual commitment period restarts, as required by applicable law.
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. VIIVAA does not store your full credit card information. To update your payment method, visit your billing portal at:

How to Cancel Your Subscription
Monthly and quarterly subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date with no penalty. Annual plan subscribers may cancel after completing their initial 12-month commitment period.
You may cancel through any of the following methods:
Option A — Inside the App
- Open VIIVAA and go to Settings
- Tap My Plan
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- You will be redirected to your secure billing portal to confirm cancellation
Option B — Via the Website
- Visit viivaa.app/billing
- Log in to your account
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
Option C — Contact Support
- Email us at support@viivaa.app
- Include your registered email address and the subject line: Cancel My Subscription
- Our team will process your request within 1 business day
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from VIIVAA. Please retain this email for your records.
What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription, the following applies:
- Your access to VIIVAA and all premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed
- Your account data, including your health history, reports, and progress, will be retained for 90 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted
- You may reactivate your account at any time within the 90-day retention window without losing your data
VIIVAA does not offer partial-month or partial-period access reductions upon cancellation. Your access remains active through the last day of your paid cycle.
Refund Policy
VIIVAA operates a no-refund policy for completed billing periods. This means:
- Payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the period but will not receive a refund for unused days
- Annual plan subscribers who attempt to cancel before completing their 12-month commitment remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments in the commitment period
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at VIIVAA's sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical failures that prevented access to the platform for an extended period and were attributable to VIIVAA
- Charges incurred after a documented and confirmed cancellation request
To request an exception-based refund, contact support@viivaa.app within 7 days of the charge in question, including your account email, the charge date, and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team at support@viivaa.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your VIIVAA account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be filed in error, you may be liable for any associated fees.
Changes to This Policy
VIIVAA reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of VIIVAA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
